XER import error from P6 8.3 to P6 Professional R15.2 without error notification

Hello folks,

I have a really weird issue. While importing a XER file to Primavera P6 Professional R15.2 (the XER file obtained from an online P6 8.3 through a CITRIX RECEIVER platform) the import process starts with the loading and suddenly stops, with no error or exception window popping up.

I have no clue about the cause.

Can anyone help?
