Responsibilities
- Review all contractors’ planning deliverables, monitoring progress and delays.
- Preparing schedules for construction works and design stages.
- Preparing schedule layout for engineering, submittals and construction works.
- Estimating contractor’s delays, VO, COR, IFC impact on the project (Float analysis).
- Review and evaluate contractor’s EOT claims.
- Procurement Management.
- Preparing one and two weeks look ahead programs and monitoring progress with site engineers.
- Preparing weekly, monthly and special progress reports for the client with all requirements.
