· Contract review; understand and interpret contract specifications and clauses; identify contractually re-measured activities; close out the contract.
· Overall Sub-contract management: identify sub-contract works; send enquiries; call for pre-qualifications; prepare technical and commercial comparative statements; negotiate; finalize sub-contract deal, process invoice for payment; sub-contract correspondence; legal support in disputes; close out sub-contracts
· Prepare budgets; prepare cost monitoring & control reports; calculation of value of work done;
· Client correspondence; Maintain all contract and commercial files and records; invoicing;
· Quantity take-off, re-measurement of works - Actual Vs Tender
· Distinguish most cost sensitive work scopes, recognize ahead the potential overrun & reasons before it actually occurs and notify the project team to be more vigilant
· Identify the variations ; submit variation proposals and claims; resolution of claims
· Develop and streamline cost data collection, recording & reporting systems and procedures
· Submit Management Information Reports to top management
· Participate in project review & progress meetings with client and sub-contractors
