January, 2014 - Creating tender, baseline and target program for different projects.
- Preparing the Weekly and Monthly Progress reports For the Different Projects.
- Monitor and Review the work progress in the site.
- Weekly update, review and analyse of schedules and identify the critical and sub-critical causes of delay.
- Attend weekly progress meeting with the Clients and Consultants.
- Review and continuously monitor the subcontractors program and make sure it will not cause any delay.
- Prepare and monitor the procurement schedules in compliance with the construction schedule.
- Prepare and update extension of time claims (Change in the approved MEP drawings, delay in Municipality Inspection and delay in Civil Defence preliminary approval Claim.)
- Advice the project manager/project engineer of any slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken.
