· Supervise, monitor & update the actual construction progress and compare to our planned progress in order to point out the performance and the criticality of the schedule.
· Monitor and update the manpower forecast and progress.
· Assist in preparing the progress report towards the Client.
· Developed the Cost Control and Project Monitoring Spreadsheet.
· Assist in developing, maintain and forecast the construction budget.
· Monitor, control and update the construction progress on a monthly & weekly basis and report the project status to the Company’s higher management and to the Client.
