The Management of ISI Solutions found more useful if I change position to Operations to assist the Operations Manager (Angel Vazquez Diaz) to reorganize the department.
My principal roles were concentrated into two mayor areas; Planning and Monitor Costs.
In Planning functions: Gather information from the different projects for identification of problems, human and supplier’s resource management and make recommendations as needed. Participation with ISI’s Management in future work and pricing structure.
In Monitoring: Cost analysis for all projects, scope deviation control, and analyze metrics set forth in the Strategic Plan as well as Project specific metrics. Actions stated in the Strategic Plan.
Additional tasks performed are: Prepare and monitor Strategic Plan for Operations in Mexico. Reports preparation for Operations Manager and General Management. Indirect Costs Analysis. Coordinate with Human Resources employee training programs. Support Project Managers in Cost and Financial reports and analysis of their projects.
