November, 1989 Road Betterment Phase-1 Project was a part of IBRD Highway Sector Loan Programme, consisting of 90 kilometers of re-routing and road construction, section Sungai Tapung – Kandis, Package P. 58 in Riau Province.
- Laboratory Equipment used: Dutch Cone Penetrate Meter Test (DCPT), Hand Boring, Sieve Analysis, Specific Gravity, Moisture Content, Atterberg Limit, Density, Proctor and CBR, Compaction Test (Sand Cone) DCP, Field CBR, etc.
- • Performed and interpreted Field and Laboratory Test on soil aggregate and road pavement samples that used in road constructing for Highway Road. Prepared the analysis of asphalt consumption, aggregate specification and soil characteristic, also controlled of quality asphalt production, stone crusher processing in Asphalt Mixing Plant and asphalt spread-out which required the use of standard of Government Highways and Public Works guidelines. Prepared and issued daily analysis report and weekly summary progress report.
