- Assisted Project Manager to handle and monitor all activities related to the PLB SEA-PAD modification, site preparation and project operation (including of shore pulling, pipe laying operation, survey operation and etc.)
- Assisted Project Manager to team set up and developing project organization chart (office and construction crew on-board the vessel)
- Coordinated interface management activities with project team members within engineering, procurement and construction stages of the project and including activities related to the quality control, engineering documents, planning & project control schedules & reports, operation activities, logistics, subcontractors interfaces, material supply and site preparation and construction
- Ensured that all works and operations are to the required standard and all drawings, specifications and certifications are strictly adhered before any work commences
- Ensured that all items of material, equipment and instruments are available on site and any shortages in vendor/ subcontractors material and equipment are identified in a timely manner
