Provides professional Planning and Project Controls services to Company, Client, Project Team and Line Management from project initiation to project handover for allocated projects in line with company policy, relevant procedures and quality plan. Responsible includes preparation and phasing of project budget, preparation of initial execution program, review and input to tender document, technical evaluation of contractor execution program, histogram, planning procedures and methodology,analysis of contractors / consultantant planning package, review of weekly programs, monitoring of progress, invoice validation, forensic analysis of electronic programme, change management, resource usage management, delay claim analysis, assest capitalisation, project reporting and project close-out.
Work in close coordination with project team, Clients, Project Managers , Consultant and Contractors to ensure that any issues that may have an impact on the project schedule and budget are identified as soon as possible to enable effective mitigating actions to be taken.
