I am currently providing schedule management services for this project and I am working closely with the Project Manager to keep the schedule current with change orders and progress updates each month.
Schedule Associates International – Penitentiary Re-Roof Project, Huntsville TX $1.7m
I was retained to revise the existing in progress schedule to match as-built to-date conditions and I continue to provide updates and revisions to maintain a viable schedule for this project.
Iluka Resources – Stony Creek, VA Several $100m and less Projects
I am currently providing schedule support services to an International Mining and Mineral Extraction Corporation. I have developed an Integrated Project Schedule for new and continuing maintenance projects and Developed Project Master Baseline Schedules for two $100m new plant infrastructure projects and several other smaller projects. I am serving as the owner’s schedule representative for the plant relocation EPC project and a plant new construction EPC project. I provided the schedule updates, revisions, and reporting for these Project Master Schedules. I am now assisting with the development of project schedules to be used to re-start projects when the mineral market will support the capital expense.
