Planned Value Time Distributed Data Report

Hi,

 

I need to run a time distributed planned value pull from my programme.  I have done these many times in the past albeit, a long time ago.  I tried to run the report against activities then the WBS (in the report wizard) but each time, the report returned a nill value. 

Appreciate guidance with this issue.
