Provided supervision and execution services of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Pre-Start up, Start-up & Performance Test activities for overall plant in Phase 17&18 – Phase 20&21 including 8 Gas Teratment Units which are a part of South Pars Gas Field Development Project, (Export Capacity : 50x106 std m3/d ,2600 t/d Ethane, 2000 t/d Propane, 1200 t/d Butane, 77000 std bbl/d Condansate and 400 t/d Sulphur).
• Generated & Updated Level III Schedule for Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Pre-Start Up & Start-up activities for overall plant.
• Directed departments and disciplines by creating mikro schedules and action plans for specific units in accordance with EP (Early Production) Scenarios.
• Prepared executive reports including Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Earned Value (EV) according to OPERCOM Methodology and submitted to the Project Management,
• Prepared and Submitted monthly Progress Interim Certificate (PIC) in accordance with PMS (Progress Measurement System) which has been generated according to OPERCOM Methodology by using ICAPS Software,
• Prepared Work Front for our subcontractors, analyzed contract general and special terms & conditions against any potential claim,
• Prepared deviation reports, delay analysis, job cards, presentation, daily and weekly reports for both executive management and client.
