· Communicating with the contractors and stakeholders the project schedule requirements, objectives and responsibilities for effective project execution
· Advise Resident Engineer of adverse design, schedule, man-hour and cost variation, if any, and its impact on the project and actions required to maintain target completion dates.
· Review and evaluate contractor’s progress invoices and prepare recommendation and payment certificate
· Prepare and submit periodical reports to client and management
· Monitoring and tracking of progress, man-hours and cost and comparing it with the baseline program
· Review and comment on the planning package (including the program, progress measurement system, method statements, etc.) submitted by the contractor
