Assigned to C405 Crossrail Scheme - Paddington Station. Participating in the Costain-Skanska JV.
Project’s scope include a significant amount of fit-out works (blockwork, screeding, ceiling, fire stopping, terrazzo, tiling, etc.), mechanical, electrical & plumbing components (escalators, lifts, ventilation, HV and LV, UPS, protection, communication, BMS, sanitary ware, drainage, main ductwork runs, water services, fire main). Project with a 300 million Euros total budget. My duties included:
Monitoring and controlling the design stage for the entire project (subcontractor WSP)
Creating the new Fit-Out/MEP programme in compliance with the Organisation Procedures and applying best practices
Developing detail schedules collecting from Fit-Out/MEP team (subcontractor SRW)
Arrangement of collaborative planning meeting/workshops to agree the strategy with various planning contributors
Collect progress and implement from main design subcontractor, canopy subcontractor, procurement department and Fit-Out/MEP stakeholders on the High Level Programme
Leading the MEP and subcontractors planners
Producing reports to Crossrail on a monthly basis
Liaise with client as appropriate
Monitoring the design deliverables Excel sheet and implement data quality assurance on it
Creating resource, material and plant loaded Plans
Evaluating schedule risks and producing schedule risk analysis reports
Carrying out reserve analysis, documenting it in the project and implementing contingency reserves where necessary
Liaising with the appropriate project stakeholders to create, update and re-baseline schedule plans that represent activities required to successfully deliver key project/scheme milestones, being aware of interface activities and interproject links as appropriate
Monitoring and controlling the Performance Measurement Baseline
Collaborate on interfaces’ management
Controlling schedules using performance reviews, variance analysis, resource levelling, what-if scenario analysis, adjusting leads and lags and schedules’ compression, Lean and Last Planner techniques

Returned control on C405 Paddington Station design stage and realigned of interfaces with construction and procurement stages on the high level programme
Translated Crossrail design assurance instructions onto design assurance programme implementation guidelines
Redeveloped a new and more realistic Fit-Out/MEP programme at C405 Paddington Station for [2015-Completion] period
Contribute to setting up the internal reporting system and data flow processes at C405 Paddington Station
