Planning Engineer (Quantity Surveyor / Scheduler)
Poblacion, Makati City
Office / Field Works:
Ø Prepare and submit shop drawings prior to work execution.
Ø Prepare and submit bar cutting details/list as per standard specifications.
Ø Prepare Purchase Order and monitor delivery of materials.
Ø Frequent site inspection for proper coordination with engineers on site.
Ø Negotiations and settlements of change orders / variation orders with subcontractors.
Ø Estimation of actual cost to completion of subcontractors in project.
Ø Review and oversee the progress work of all sub-contractors activities.
Ø Preparation of accurate daily and weekly progress report to client of the project.
Ø Prepares Monthly Progress Billing.
Ø Schedules work strategically for proper implementation and execution on site.
Ø Analyze project status by determining critical path, driving activities, and project bottlenecks.
Ø Provide accomplishment report and 4 weeks look-ahead schedule
Ø Analyzes all contract data, establishes well-defined work activities and creates a comprehensive, properly linked CPM schedule, in coordination with project manager.
