Tendering
· Preparation of Project briefs for the Project to which tender is being prepared.
· Co-ordination with QS department for obtaining quantity details.
· Preparing Programme of works.
· Preparing Organization chart, Method Statement and other requirements for the Tender.
Planning
· Preparing Project Programme of works.
· Resource loading the Programme.
· Preparing Manpower Histogram and Cash flow for the Project.
· Identifying risks and preparing contingency plans.
· Physical progress Tracking at sites and updating the Programme.
· Providing reports on weekly and monthly basis to the consultant/client.
· Earned value analysis.
· Preparation of s-curve diagrams.
· Keeping the Site Management team updated on the Progress and issues of the project and enabling them to make the right decisions for the Project.
· Coordinating with various sub-contractors in execution of the project by providing them programme of works, tracking their progress and hold co-ordination meetings to resolve issues.
· Preparing Extension of Time and cost claims for the delays in the project and impact programmes.
· Preparation of Recovery programme or Acceleration programme for recovering the delays.
· Correspondence relating to delays and programme of works in the project.
· Ensuring the activities at site are carried out as per the approved programme.
Preparing Action plans for various scenarios as and when required by the Project
