Essential Responsibilities and duties
Troubleshooting, and repair of all electronic and electrical equipment ,office tools, and computer equipment .
Installing and repairing control gear/switchgear, motor control gear like overload relays,contactors,relays,star/delta starters, motor starter, electronic motor protection, circuit breaker, switch disconnectors, switch fuse….etc.
) . Installing and repairing programmable logic controller (p l c
Installing and troubleshooting electronic and electrical devices .
Preparing and doing preventive maintenance for machines as advised in their
manuals &put them in records .
Understanding of data sheets, manuals and catalogues .
Installing programmable relays and design electrical circuits with Zen Omron software p l c .
Design and install electrical circuits (power circuit and control circuit).
Reading the electrical diagrams.
Installing the electrical panels.
Good usage measurement tools (voltmeter, ohm meter, clamp meter, insulation and continuity tester, megger meter, etc).
Installing sensors/transducers (temperature, pressure, flow, air, photoelectric sensors
,load cell , fire sensor ) .
Installing monitoring devices as cameras .
Installing and repairing motor drive (inverter, converter) and motor's problems .
Programing and installing AC servo drive (Panasonic , Mitsubishi , Omron …. ) .
Installing, repairing and wiring lighting devices.
Troubleshooting electronic cards, semiconductors elements .
Repairing pneumatic valves .
Good usage of internet and computer applications .
Maintain and repairing the computer ,telecommunications ,network devices hardware and software.
Working according to professional safety and health instructions
