- Responsible for doing Project Risk Analysis.
- Assists Portfolio / Lead Planners in Schedule risk Analysis
- Provide Planning and Scheduling members with current Scheduling Trends and Project Norms.
- Generic overall planning templates preparation
- Provide schedule trends
- Responsible for Project level Schedule
- Attend relevant project meetings.
- Provide Planning, scheduling and progress report requirements to be included in the RFQ documentation
- Time Management section of the Project Execution Philosophy / Strategy / Plan.
- Provide progress reports to Project Managers
- Provide feedback to Cost Controllers with regard to planning information for Project Executive summaries
- Cost Flow forecasts and expiring Forward Exchange cover contracts etc.
- Evaluate Contractor’s Project Control Systems
- Do Control level scheduling, and Resource levelling (if required)
- Provide Schedule assumptions document
- Assess Contractors schedules
- Monitor and update schedules
