Assistant Planning Engineer, Orion Fabrikators & Systems Pvt Ltd, BWE - piping, Fabrication and Construction of Diesel Storage Tanks

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Received the Drawing from Design   Dept.

·         Read the drawing and collect the data’s using drawing details.

·         Advance Planning for Quality Production meeting Co-ordinate to other departments.

·         Create Bill of Materials, cutting plans, Schedule work allotments and utilize machine and man power details.

·         Raise the B.O.M. issued to Production, Quality control, Stores, Purchase Departments.

·         Project Monitoring and Controlling at job running time.

·         Project reports prepared and filed project file. 

·         After received materials checked for sizes and analysis of machining process.

·         Costing of Product and Finalized B.O.M provide to accounts department.
