Construct and manage detailed planning schedules utilizing Primavera (P6) to create required WBS, for activities and activity network/logic to successfully deliver key project carried out at Invergordon Yard, Nigg Yard and offshore.
Coordinate, evaluate and prioritise project plans for subsea and rig maintenance works.
Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimisation.
Create formal communication plan to both team members and management.
Prepare / generate Primavera output, planning documents, reports, project schedules and presentation slides in support of reviews and approval gate meetings within Company and external parties.
Collate all information likely to optimize project operations and reduce its duration; and also prepare technical files specific to the performance of work.
Provide support for the administration of contracts including scope of works and tender/contract preparation, and correspondence.
Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.
Evaluate schedule impacts arising from sourcing decisions and resourceful in facilitating the resolution of project issues.
Regularly keep management informed of problems, issues, resolutions and status of on-going projects; also ensure that lessons learned from similar activities is captured in the current work schedule and decisions
