April, 2013 - Expert use of P6 (Primavera Version 6.2) to develop comprehensive Tender, Baseline and Construction Project plans for Civil, M & E, Signal and Fire Installations Projects within the Network Rail and London Underground Network Systems. Ensure that the planning systems work and are effectively managed including providing quality and timely information that enable effective decision making.
- Keep record, update and issue LUL Project KPI scoring system including Programme, Commercial and HSEQ Client Requirement
- Educate Project managers on change management and delay analysis as well as report to senior management on action plans/way forward
