Responsibilities:
- Inputting activity codes to group, sort and filter activities from one or more open projects, and prepare several layouts to highlight key information on the programme.
- Progress tracking engineering activity, resources and delivery on a weekly/monthly basis as required by the client or by the company. By communication with engineers, procurement managers, works manager and visiting the site.
- Progressing already existing programmes by communication with engineering team and works delivery manager.
- Meeting regularly with construction to track delivery of programme deliverables and aid universal understanding of the programme to support timely delivery.
- Monitor procurement deliverable to ensure there is correlation between procurement schedule and programme dates.
