Projects: South Wimbledon Station; Hyde Park Corner Station; GoldersGreen Station; Leicester Square Station
Responsibilities:
- Building programmes with accurate detail to aid control of data and produce project deliverables, from the start to the end of a project.
- Preparing a work breakdown structure to enhance planning following the requirements of the Guide to Railway Investment Project – G.R.I.P.
- Providing reports to suit various needs and requirements such as, scheduled works, timesheets, resources and financial output.
- Once Critical Path is established in a programme, working with the team to solve the issue and improve on delivery.
- Baseline programmes to establish and monitor slippage through programme lifecycle.
