October, 2010 - Follows all requirements of the company safety program, taking personal responsibility for safety in working environment. Promoting safety among peers, subordinates and supervisors.
- Interpreting design / drawing for construction & material procurement.
- Resolving drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences and anomaly.
- Verifying that all completed construction complies with applicable codes, drawings, and specification, quality and safety requirements.
- Attending meetings with contractors and consultant to co-ordinate disciplines design and construction effort.
- Co-ordinate inspections with consultants and authorities as required by the contract.
- Inspect false work for conformance to design drawings and its rectifications.
- Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.
9. Perform technical Evaluation of material and servicing contracts.
10. Prepare Progress Schedule activity for completion the Projects, its follow up and timely execution.
11. Invoice / Bills verification and check as per BOQ and Contract.
12. Coordinate and correspondence with contractor and consultant for expedite and timely execution of project activities. 13. Ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specification, design and best Engineering practices.
14. Prepare monthly, weekly and daily progress report with S-curve and graphical presentation.
15. Perform any other responsibility assigned by the immediate supervisor.
