- Active participation in preparation and submission of Bid Proposal
- Co-ordination between concern departments for preparation of the techno-commercial bid proposal.
- Active participation in project estimation for new projects specially in Tunnels and Cavern.
Post-Contract Phase:
- Involved in costing rate analysis and escalation calculations for various contracts in Hydro power projects.
- Preparation of claim based on claims based on interpretation of contract clause.
- Rate analysis of extra deviated substituted items in reference to CWC guidelines and CPWD schedule.
- Responsibility for client billing from preparation of running bills and escalation bills to certification level.
- Checking the sub-contractor bills etc.
ERP-IFS:
- Active participation in ERP implementation as a core user in project module.
