·       Updated engineering and procurement activities within our master schedule. 

·       Tracked field progress in order to update construction activities in our master schedule

·       Monitored weekly and monthly deliverables from our contractor

·       Made commentary on contractor’s schedule submittals to make sure our scheduling standards were being met/upheld

·       Went over the 2week look aheads with our contractor to avoid negative float (falling behind)… when it did occur we planned on how to make up for lost time

·       Created Manpower Forecasting reports from the contractor’s schedule
