August, 2013 Contract planning across multiple live sites including:
- Working with the Project Team to turn the Tender Programme into a robust, fully logic linked design, procure, construct, commission Contract programme with input from designers, subcontractors and other members of the project team.
- Continuing to work with the Project Team once the project has commenced to monitor progress and include any programme amendments and changes, including production of programmes to demonstrate delays and support claims for extensions of time and for loss and expense using appropriate recognised methods.
- Providing general planning and programming support across a range of sites for internal and external progress and planning requirements including sharing knowledge and experience of different contract types (JCT, NEC, D&B) and reporting methods (MOJ).
