· Catch up Schedule submission.
· Development & maintenance of resource deployment schedule.

· Preparation of Micro Level Project Schedule to Site team.
· Monitoring the daily progress status & updating for Time Impact Analysis (TIA).
· Highlighting issues associated with critical activities at the earliest opportunities.
· Experience in document preparation for EOT analysis.
· Draft & submission of Project cash flow report.
· Liquidity forecast report submission.
· Coordination with consultant and contractor.
· Follow up in Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
· Attending the Top Management meetings.
· Submission of Zero Cost report.
· Material Reconciliation Statements.
· Preparation of financial value of Work performed by resources upto the data date (EVM).
· Finalization of Sub Contractor & specialized agencies.
· Preparation of shuttering analysis along with the scheme within the budgeted cost.
