January, 2013 As a Planning/Scheduling/Costing Engineer for an EPCF&I concern, my roles and routines includes but not limited to:
- Ensuring that all programmed activities have man-hour contents in line with Company Procedures
- Reviewing all existing material and equipment schedules and obtaining updated delivery info from the relevant departments( discipline heads/ engineers)
- Assisting the Resident Site Manager and Construction Manager
- Preparing Work Procedures and Methid Statements
- Preparation of Progress Reports and Project Status Updates
- Preparing the Project controls Documents and Plan
- Generating S-curves and Man-hour Histograms
- Creation of WBS and Scope Control Plan.
- Preparing WBS billables for invoicing and tracking purposes
