Responsibilities
1. Support Planning Manager (Overall/Track) and Planning Manager (Infra) with all baselines & forecast planning / interfacing.
2. Participate in assurance of critical path management of internal and external (client facing) programmes
3. Interact with site planning team and jointly evaluate on site progress performance with Planning Manager (Overall/Track) and Planning Manager (Infra) and Site Planner at site (twice a month)
4. Attend HQ and site meeting and all other meetings if required by HOD and keep track on potential issues on delay and EOT.
5. Report & Presentation Material
6. Provide internal & client facing progress reports showing planned, earned, actual cost, and estimate / forecast at completion from a strategic, budgeted cost and project delivery perspective
7. Primavera Database Establishment & Maintenance
8. Responsible on all aspect of activity codes, resources codes, cost account codes, WBS and project calendar
9. Produce weekly and monthly update report
a. Update weekly - MMCGJV Monthly Summary Report
b. Update weekly - 2 weeks Look Ahead Report
c. Update Monthly - Machinery and Manpower Report
d. Update Monthly - Overall Monthly Progress Report
e. Update Monthly - Progress Reporting for Internal and External programmes
10.Capture and highlight all the potential EOT activities to Management
11.Assist and develop any revision of the budgeted 'S' curve, work values
and monitor progress on biweekly and monthly basis
12.Establish detailed programme as required by client
13.Prepare and compile work schematic progress update
14.Liaise Planning Manager (Overall/Track) and Planning Manager (Infra), develop and analyse Time Location Chart for Infra team, identify problem areas and seek mitigation measures from construction team
15.Monitoring progress on Infra & System works
