Role is to do Quality documentation, In-process Inspection, Final inspection and dispatch according to Control Plan. Giving training to subordinates about process and Quality control. Taking initiative and developing the Product Quality. Maintaining ISO documentation like PPAP, PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, 7 QC tools, gantry chart, Gauge R&R, SPC, CAPA. Giving feedback to Raw material supplier.

Job description: Responsibilities |
· Responsible for quality of products, continuous improvements.
· Identifying quality issues, developing & implementing solutions to improve the efficiency of processes by coordinating with Production department.
· Customer satisfaction.
· In Process, final inspection and dispatch manufactured Products.
· Control of Documents if any modification or updating.
· Internal Quality Audits.
· Executing Calibration Plan for instruments & gauges.
· Analyzing Customer complaints using 7QC Tools and solving the problem.
· Responsible for In-Process Quality Operation like Manufacturing products and taking decision with production representative.
· Conducting Doc audit and lay out inspection as per plan.
· Inspecting raw material as per sampling plan with respect to drawing and specification. Communicate and take corrective action at supplier end for incoming parts Quality issues.
