Responsibilities –
Ø Prepare schedules for contract tender.
Ø Participate as required in the integration of different levels of schedules into the Overall Project schedule.
Ø Prepared, Maintained and updating the overall project schedule by
a) By creating Project by creating, Editing & deleting new activities (Tasks).
b) Defining and editing the Calendars (Accessing the Project and Global Calendar) and WBS.
c) Defining the Starting Date, Finish date and duration of individual activities.
d) Defining the constraints and relationships for the activities.
e) Adding & deleting various Links (nodes) to activities.
f) Scheduling the project according to constraints.
g) Formatting the display (Layouts & Filters) for printing the reports
h) Liaising with engineering, procurement, fabrication team for the purpose of developing and updating the schedule to estimate the daily and weekly progress to update the schedule.
i) By understanding the critical activities for the schedule.
j) Updating activities by using status tab of Details Form (% of completion).
k) Comparing the progress with Baseline.
Ø Monitoring the progress of deliveries of all equipments and mobilization of vendors.
Ø Prepare the budgetary estimation of the individual activity and equipments leasing with the procurement team for monthly and weekly cash flow report.
Ø Identified the spare parts for the individual equipment.
Ø Prepared the Preventive Maintenance schedule for the equipments
