ª Assessing Procurement Department in negotiating premiums for critical equipments PO’s.
ª Developing and reviewing schedules (Master and Detailed Schedules).
ª Carrying out all activities related to Cost Control and Reporting (Commitments, Actual Cost, ETC and
Forecasts).
ª Carrying out all Procurement activities from RFQ receipt to Procurement expediting and Site delivery
of Equipment).
ª Coordinating and Supervising Project Planning and Control Teams (Planners, Cost Controllers and
Quantity Surveyors).
ª Definition of contractual strategies for Project bidding
ª Responsible for preparation of detailed master construction programs.
ª Responsible for preparation & updation of detailed resources schedule of the project.
ª Monitoring and preparing weekly progress reports in line with master construction program.
ª Responsibility for developing for baseline clause 14 Programs (resource / cost loaded)
ª Submission of MIS report as per the schedule.
