- activities (Earthworks, rebar’s, form work, concreting etc) for in compliance with projects specification and established standards and criteria.
- Overall responsible for the efficient, timely, cost and quality effective construction of the site work (sub structure, superstructure and architectural finishes).
- Ensure that the company safety program are maintained in liaison with site HSE
- Ensuring that the project work goes on smoothly according to schedule
- Ensuring that the sites meet all the legal, health and safety guidelines
- Educate the workers at site on safety precautions
- Preparing Bar bending Schedule (BBS)
- Conducting feasibility studies like site investigations, technical feasibility, etc.
- Monitor the site work and prepare status reports for the management
