Maintain surveillance of all project activities and where necessary initiate corrective actions to meet the projects objectives 4. Ensure compliance with the Technical Specification and Performance criteria. 5. Ensure adherence to or improvement on project time schedule 6. Identification and management of project risks 7.Ensure that satisfactory safety standards and safe working practices are adhered 8.Ensure that appropriate quality standards are implemented and adhered 9.Attend regular progress review meetings to facilitate the production of regular progress reports. Commercial & Administrative Building at sheikh Zayed city 6 of October The project consists of 3 phase The first phase on an area of about 2000 square meters and consists of basement and ground floor mezzanine and a dedicated gallery The second phase on an area of around 4000 square meters and consists of basement and ground floor and four roles and dedicated gallery and medical care. The third phase on an area of about 5000 square meters and consists of basement and ground floor and seven roles and dedicated real estate investment.
2. The project consists of LOGISTICS WAREHOUSES & COLD STORE (Warehouse, Machine Building, Generators Building, Water Tank, Fuel Tank , Elec. Substation, Racks store, Prayer Shed, Drivers Building and 3 Gate house) an area of around 53000 square meters Job Description 1. Coordinate all design development and approval processes. 2. Follow up the time schedule agreed for the design development and shop drawings with Subcontractors. 3. Review contract documents and advise the Project Manager on technical matters affecting construction and time costs. 4. Prepare and follow-up technical queries with the Client/Consultants. 5. Coordinate the approval of drawings and responsible for the distribution of drawings released for construction to concerned site personnel. 6. Assist the Project Manager in the management of Subcontractor works and point out any Technical deviation. 7. Assist in Quantity Take-Off for tenders. 8. Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract. 9. Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. 10. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.. 11. Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report. 12. Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager. 13. Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary. 14. Job Description 1. Responsible to the Construction Manager for his section of the works being done as per safety and quality standards. 2. Give emphasizes to safety of humans, company assets and environment during the construction. 3. Supervise the construction activities and assures that the execution comply with specification. 4. Participate in pre-inspection meetings to ensure all technical issues are resolved and quality/inspection plan are finalized to achieve the projects schedule delivery. 5. Discuss and resolves daily problems with the supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth execution of the Project program. 6. Monitor activities progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provide reports to the construction manager as per the project reporting procedure. 7. Perform and check calculations and design using both computer-aided and manual design techniques. Serve as lead on assigned projects or complex engineering assignments. 8. Perform, as required, the following: organize/plan jobs, support proposal and estimate activities, write/review specifications, prepare/maintain schedules, develop/monitor estimates and manpower forecasts, assign work, work with project/client/field, material procurement, permit, and subcontract activities. 9. Serve as Supervising Lead, providing guidance/supervision to other leads and functions as mentor to less experienced engineers. 10.Assist, as requested, in the development of department standards and procedures. 11.Assist with departmental administrative duties or with other company functions outside the department. 12.Prepare Request for Inspection (RFI) and liaise with QA/QC Engineer and Consultant for the inspection schedule. 13.Encourage, promote and maintain safe site working practices. 14.Review Plant, Labor and Material allocations and advice Project Manager of any potential problems.
