Tracking the effective progress on site
Establishing the contractual deadlines using Yellow Fidic contract (mpp.,xls)
Establishing the strategies and improvement of the existing ones in respect of the contractual deadlines
Provide technical support for all the teams in the company and for other companies and it`s representatives (mpp.)
Active part of all meetings held on site
