• Implemented Business Winning processes into Salam ensuring compliance with corporate stage gate review mandates, resulting in quality order intake and certainty of project performance.
• Effectively managed the integration of a portfolio of bids and proposals (estimated at £1Bn +) to meet business growth plans and support the customer capability strategy on the Royal Saudi Air Force Typhoon platform.
• Responsible for reporting performance and schedule adherence of bids at monthly Salam board meetings.
