- Produce a project preliminary programme
- Prepare programme management & performance management procedures
- Develop contract programme and agree critical paths with Client / PMC
- Develop construction Information release requirement schedule
- Develop procurement schedule
- Provide concise schedule and planning requirements for inclusion in bid packages
- Evaluate nominated & domestic supplier and subcontractors’ schedule
- Compile Monthly Progress Reports to the Client / PMC
- Publish & discuss with project team on weekly basis; project performance reports
- Conduct progress meetings with sub-contractors
- Monitor progress against plan, provide exception reports and recommend actions
- Record delay events and prepare time related claim documents
