I am involve in the following responsibility during this project
§ Monitor the project schedule on Primavera P6 and project progress against the EPC Contractor’s construction and commissioning schedule and assist the EPC Contractor’s planning and interfacing activities to limit the impact of any programme deviations.
§ Assist the Owner in all aspects of site supervision of EPC Contractors (Hyundai and Descon)
§ Undertake regular site meetings with the EPC Contractor to cover all key organization staffing, health and safety, quality assurance, design and construction control issues, and construction, material sampling, commissioning and testing procedures.
§ Co-ordinate interfaces with other contractors and those from third parties (OGDCL and NTDC).
§ Production of daily Log
§ Production of Site Managers weekly report
§ Assist the owner, as requested, in the application for and Pursuit of governmental approvals and permits for which the owner is responsible for obtaining
§ Ensure compliance of construction with “Issued for Construction drawings.
