Lead Planning Engineer

Preparation of EPC Schedule, definition of critical path, preparation of project control procedures. Set-up of progress measurement system and schedule follow-up. Reporting and attendance to periodical meeting with client. Preparation of delay and performance analysis and assistance to project manager on recovery actions.
