Planning Engineer, VISION ELECTRO COMPANY, Electro-Mechanical

Planning and scheduling of the work force, materials and equipments requirements.

·         Responsible for the preparation of Electro-Mechanical tenders.Such as the following External  Works Networks: Domestic water,Chilled Water,Fire fighting,Irrigation,Storm

Drain,Gas,Rejected Water,Sewage,High Voltage,External Lighting,Low Current,Low Voltage,Medium Voltage etc.

·         Responsible for monitoring and updating project schedules, preparing daily and monthly reports. Responsible for creating bid schedules andnarratives to represent estimates .

·         Responsible to foresee the labor, technical, equipment and material demands that will be placed on the project.

·         Preparation of budgets  of projects and monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.

·         Checking plans and designs of services of new industries and connecting them with existing services networks with the coordination of concerned authorities.And prepare CONSTRUCTION BASELINE AND METHODOLOGY. GEPCC(General/Engineering/Procurement/Construction/Commissioning)Schedule.

·         Knowledge in Primavera P3&P6,CADD SOFTWARE(Autocadd2011 & MicrostationV8)

MS OFFICE(Word,Excel,Power Point,Photoshop).

·         To attend meetings with the contractor and sub-contractor project Manager & Engineers and presenting work schedule.

·         Updating Project status,resource and financial forecast.

·         Delay analysis, analyzing critical activities, communication.

·         Preparation of claims/variation order both time cost impact.

·         Providing advice and support on the development of specific system and establishing standard project control documents .

·         Works for Senior Managers and Project Managers and is responsible creating and updating schedules, providing analysis and narratives, andanalyzing the effects of changes, impacts, and acceleration onschedules.

·         Prepare detailed itemized  materials estimate for planning purposes based on AFC  and specifications.For the following External Works (Domestic water,External  Fire,Internal Fire,Irrigation,Storm Drain,Sewage,Medium Voltage,Chilled and Hot water ,High Voltage,Low Current etc.)

·         Supervised more than 20 staff with their duties.

·         Reviews  AFC/IFC CADD DRAWINGS from the server to determine conflict External Works including Structures and prepare site clarification proposals to avoid project delay.
