April, 2006 my responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Act as a focal point in coordination of all project related issues from initiation till closeout of the project.
- Prepare project schedule based on the scope of work and contractual requirements.
- Liaise with Site Engineers, Project Managers and Employer throughout the project and make adjustments to planningand scheduling.
- Prepare progress measurement system (PMS) to monitor the progress.
- Prepare relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the contract.
- Reviewing in conjunction with the Project Manager any potential changes, and in turn measuring where possible future saving or additional costs can be identified.
- Preparing and Updating Project status & labor histogram.
- Preparing S-Curve and monitoring the project progress against the planned program to determine productivity variance and to advise corrective action for future activities.
