- Working with the client and the engineering team to determines project objectives and contributes to the development of a comprehensive project plan.
- Establishes a schedule for the project and monitors its progress.
- Development of Detailed project schedule, including bar charts, networks, cost profiles, resource profiles
- Responsible for the budgeting and cost management of the project. Interfacing with the Procurement, Engineering and Finance Departments to develop and maintain a detailed cost control system.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the Works and providing regular updates to the Project Manager, assessing the impacts of design or construction changes to the schedule.
- Identifying and predicting potential scheduling problems (using look-ahead program) and Advising the Project Manager and relevant parties concerned in order to implement corrective actions
- Preparation and evaluation of analysis of activities in terms Cost Control and Efficiency.
- Coordinate all work on the project, ensuring that objectives are met within budget. Conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any potential and critical issues.
- Work with the teams to recommend recovery plans, and update the schedule and budget accordingly.
