Budgeted Cost & Qty r showing Zero,,,pls. help to resolve

Dear All,

Hi,

I have prepared a plan in primavera 3.1, but facing a problem that Budgeted Cost and Qty are showing zero :(( , i have enter the units & prices in the resource directory, Units & Price Tape. Then assign that resources to the activities, but no use, i have no idea how to fix :((
please help to resolve this problem,,,,
