January, 2011 Utilized expertise in Primavera Project Planner P3 v. 3.1 for Dvirka and Bartilucci Engineers and Architects, PC; established SAR formats, identified errors in contractors’ schedules, generated accurate American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) cost curves, and monitored, updated, analyzed, and reported costs for multi-million dollar projects for NYC Dept. of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP):
- Port Richmond Water Pollution Control Plant, Staten Island, NY: Administered Project Master CPM schedule for boiler room upgrade encompassing nearly 1.1K tasks with total budget of approximately $28M projected to be concluded in Oct. 2013.
- Oakwood Beach Water Pollution Control Plant, Staten Island, NY: Oversaw Project Master CPM schedule for construction of new electrical switchgear building and support systems to house replacement switchgear and auxiliary equipment as well as modification of underground feeder distribution system; schedule contains 761 activities valued at $15.5M in total costs with anticipated finalization in Oct. 2013.
