- Establish the Project Schedule based on key dates as specified in the contract which include the detailed schedule, work plan, critical activities, intermediate milestone dates, interfaces, resource (cost and man-hours) loading, efficiency, tables, S-Curves and Histograms.- Coordinate with project team for report submission.- Preparing of daily and weekly reports, monthly progress report and update of the project planning schedule, procedures and related documents.- Track and monitor progress for productivity calculation and to determine the actual status of the project.- Actively participate in weekly/monthly progress and review meetings with construction and planning group to discuss planning and scheduling status monitoring with emphasis on long, medium and short term plans.
