- Cost and Resource Loading into the Schedule of each Activity.- Identify and report activities which have a critical or potential impact on schedule.- Develop Planning and Scheduling tools to be used in Control and Tracking/Progress measurements of Acitvities.- Monitoring and Reporting of Project Status.- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.- Preparing reports as required.- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
