- Liaising with the study team to develop the programme to a point that suits the client needs.
- Resource loading the schedule with the estimate hours and creating the corresponding S-Curves to monitor the progress.
- Updating engineering progress using “CDM” software (same base of EZTrack) and reporting the progress to senior management.
