Supporting tender process through the creation of highly effective tender programmes from scope of works documentation and meetings with key project personnel
Working on projects from Contract Award through Design, Construction and Post Construction phases including forensic planning and delay analysis
Producing effective and reliable contract programmes upon award of Contracts and Management of the programmes in accordance with the contract including NEC format and other contract variations
Creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) defining the clarity and usability of programmes
Devoting suitable time to gaining full understanding of client requirements in order to maximise effectiveness of programmes
Updating of programmes to reflect actual work carried out including the incorporation of relevant changes to scope of works
Evaluating project progress through the use of Earned Value Management methodology
Assisting project management planning through the production of daily, weekly and monthly reports
Working with team members to prepare and review programme and commercial documentation compatibility to ensure robust approach to the Scope of Works
Cultivating productive relationships with the client and project management team in the course of establishing and maintaining accurate and viable plans and objectives
