Resource Loading of Ongoing Schedule

Hello guys, I would like to seek advices from you guys whom I know are more adept on this Project Planning Field.

My problem is We are using a schedule with no resource/man hour loading.

And now the client wants me to resource load the schedule, is there an easy way?

coz I already have actual dates and %Complete is based on %Duration.
